Old Saw Shop Brownfield Cleanup Project 2019
Lake of the Ozarks Council of Local Governments will be providing the technical assistance and cleanup help for the Old Saw Shop property located at 835 Hwy 42, Iberia, MO 65486. The cleanup is being funded through a grant from the Environmental Improvement and Energy Authority (EIERA). REQUEST FOR BIDS
Lake of the Ozarks Council of Local Governments (LOCLG) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for environmental remediation of contaminated soil at 835 Highway 42, Iberia, MO. Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00pm on Friday, February 21, 2020. Work is to be performed under the Missouri Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund administered by the Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources Authority (EIERA) and funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The property is enrolled in the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Brownfield Voluntary Cleanup Program, and it will be the contractor’s responsibility to abide by an approved Remediation Action Plan and to obtain a “certificate of completion” for work at the site.
